These Terms Of Service apply when you use the Stearling Enterprises website, request a quotation, approve artwork or place an order for printing, signage, branding, packaging or customised merchandise services.
Final service scope, material specifications, sizes, quantities, finishing, timelines and pricing are confirmed through written quotation, invoice, approval message or order communication.
Quotations are based on information supplied by the client and may change if artwork, material, quantity, delivery location or timeline changes. Orders are confirmed after quotation approval and any required advance payment.
You are responsible for checking names, numbers, colours, spelling, dimensions, logos and supplied artwork. Once final artwork is approved, changes may affect cost, production time and delivery schedule.
Payment terms are shared with the quotation or invoice. Stearling Enterprises may request advance payment before design, procurement or production begins. Delayed payments may delay delivery or release of completed work.
We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. Delivery can be affected by artwork delays, approval delays, material availability, courier conditions, force majeure events or client-requested revisions.
Because most work is customised, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed based on design work completed, production stage, material procurement and order-specific commitments already made.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stearling Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, project delays, third-party services or client-approved errors.
